I feel that there is a delay in braking is this major ?

i have started feeling the brake is responding in delay. hardly a few milliseconds difference is there so do i get worried or not?

Check the brake pads and brake drums and see if any have reduced in size noticeably.

See if brake warning light in dash is appearing? that means brake pad is finishing.
