jerks on moving forward and breaking

when breaking the car moves a bit forward as if it was a hard breaking and when i accelerate to move forward it jerks behind

why is this happening?

Its a gear box jerk and its pretty common in Mazda gear boxes if you were driving with lot of race track driver style.

Change the gear oil and filter, see if helps. If not you need a gear rebuild and that is expensive around 2k dhs approx.
