car is squeaking

my g55 has recently started making a very irritating squeaking noise while breaking. i have inspected the break pads n drums which seem fine. what else can be the issue please advice

Check the rear door, esp in G55 when u go offroad slight play in cargo door comes and it shakes and shatter at high speed and squeaks while braking.
