areal wont go up

i have a 2002 S class whose signal catching areal wont go up because of that i cant get the radio clear.

please tell me how to start making it work again

There is only two things here ariel and its motor.

When u switch on radio if hear small whinning noise that means motor is fine ariel is faulty 100 aed

If no sound then motor is bad, slightly more expensive around 200 aed.
