Why Is The Oil Light On In My 1997 E200 Merc?

what could have caused the Oil Light to come on? This only happens when i drive fast.

MY Ride is a 1997 E200.

The oil pressure has to be measured with a mechanical gauge.

If it shows normal then just replace the oil pressure switch but If it is showing abnormal then it mean that either the oil pump needs to changed or the engine bearings.
