when i starting my car any time of the day i have to press the acceleration very hard to move the car it crawls for 10 sec or so and then it drives fine

Seems like your air flow meter is partially working, get the comp check to see if any fault code recorded for AFM. Its expensive to change bro. Around 1500 aed.
