buffer or polish procedure please

is it buffer or polish but i am not sure, what i am really asking is there is a procedure that enhances the car paint which i can use if i dont want to repaint the car.

basically giving it a glossy look.

i will be very obliged if someone can please tell me how its done

Its polishing you are asking, you can get to any car detailing ppl and they can do it in less than 300 aed. In this process with rigorous polishing you are actually peeling off the fine layer of color which brings the new shiny color out. Polishing is good but not quite often and not too many times as soon you will shave all the color of your car.
