Lancer MT 1.3 transmission issue

I have a 2007 Lancer 1.3L manual transmission. Before one month, there was a short whistling noise from under the hood while shifting the gear or pressing the clutch. I got the engine mounting replaced by a local garage and all was fine for a week. The noise re appeared and now the gear shifting is very rough. Can any one suggest a possible reason. Thanks.

Sounds like a gear issue than a mounting issue, but im surprised how noise disappeared after the mounting has been changed.

Seek a gear rebuilding company to check the gearbox and advise, it surely is gearbox issue.
