I would like the cooling of the car question to be answered.

this Galant that my sister's husband owns is going to be with me for a while and as a good practice i keep checking oil pressure and cooling agent which in this car ive noticed he has been using normal water which in my understanding is not good.

Can i change it to coolant or keep it as it is. i dont want to harm the car by changing it and then regretting.

I will appreciate the suggestion

if he is using water just keep using it as it may be for a reason that he is but what you can also do is speak to him of you can change it as coolant is better cooling then water and better for the engine
