engine oil leaking but i cant see it leaking

the engine oil is going down but i dont see any signs of leaking

where is it leaking then

if i top up regularly will it do any harm to the engine or i need to repair it at the earliest

Get it check as u never know your rings must be leaking oil in engine and burning. Its creepy job mate.
