Passenger lower vent is blowing hot air, unlike the others

Hi all,

I have a BMW E60 (520i) that I noticed that is blowing hot air from the passenger foot vent and upper (windshield glass) vent. The main vents are blowing cold air (from the A/C). In order to mitigate the issue, I went to the climate configuration and put the ventilation power on the lower and upper vents in the minimum, but this is not working properly for sure.

Can you help me understand what is happening and what can I do to repair it?
