xtrail mileage

i have a nissan xtrail (2.5ltr) 2009 full option. recently i noticed the mileage has come down to 420 km from 500km for a full tank petrol. can anybody advise what woudl be the reason.

Is the car properly serviced on time and per service interval you are doing everything?

If yes get the engine diagnostic check that tell you if car is running on rich fuel, could be simple tune up is needed or may AFM sensor is freaked and running rich.
