passenger side AC is not working

when i noticed that the driver side ac is working and not the passenger side i checked for any blockage or clogging but didnt find one

what could be other reasons for this to happen?

Its big job, open up the dash and inspect the duct regulator from inside. It must be blocking the flow of air.
