The scratches may have lighten not gone. how i remove them?

i tried using the touch up marker for my 2000 boxter but the scratches may have lighten, they are still visible.

any other tip???

you can buy the scratch paints available like nail paint in ace apply it and then buffer it. i am sure that the scratched will go away
