Looking to buy a 2006 -2007 Cayenne S

I am looking to buy a 2006 Cayenne S has done around 100K, I was told by a friend that the servicing and maintenance is very expensive. I would really appreciate if any of the respected members can give me a comprehensive overview of the regular service cost, major service cost and when its done, also the cost of basic spare parts like break shoes.etc... how much does comprehensive insurance cost. One last thing what price range should 2006 cayenne S be if its in a good condition. I would really appreciate your help on this.
