Seat Belt warning

I know many people face the problem when the car is showing seatbelt warning even when you put it on. But in my case, its opposite. Whenever i am not wearing a seat belt there is no warning light on the screen and i end up paying fine for not wearing seat belt.

What is the problem? Can i solve it on my won or do i need to go to the service centre for the same?

Its funny!!! but I suppose there is a problem in the sensor detector. Get it checked mate, its technical job.
