cruse control issue or not

when driving long distance i put the car in cruse control and after some time it starts to slip down the speed

what is wrong with the car

Check cruise control wire and see if its little rough or too tight. Put some generous amount of WD40 on cable and cable cover and i hope it wont disengage.
