the axel that is located below the car is damaged due to misbehaving with the car

the back is a bit bent and the front needs a change

will it be an issue if i dont change the back axel?

Even MINOR bent is not acceptable. If you want ride comfort and safety you have to change both and then don't jump in desert. :lol:
