Where did the Oil vanish?

every week (at least) i check coolant, engine oil, tires, battery basically the basic stuff. So i go for a month to europe and when i am back i find out that the engine oil is vanished like completely nothing at all.

i see no leak

so where did the oil go?

Before i refill what should i do?
