Good battery or bad?

Hey people. I have an interesting question in mind. We all are aware of the failure of the batteries in a car. And I suppose only few people know how to detect if the battery of the car is good or bad. Who so ever knows about it, please discuss with everyone so that everybody should know what is a good battery and what is bad?

A good battery is one which is capable to hold charge and accept it at the same time. A good battery is capable to produce the rates amperage output. If the car battery is 4-5 years and do not hold the charge properly, it means the battery is not reliable and its the time to change it.
