AC not working

Hey guys. I am driving this model from 3 years now. Suddenly the AC stopped working in this hot summer. I gave my car to the dealer and as it was impossible for me to even take it for a day. They have reported refrigerant leakage because of which the condenser is failed and i suppose i have to replace it. My question is if the replacement is included in the warranty?

Actually not. Any kind of replacement is not included in the waranty. But if the replacement is because of any manufacturing default,then you can probably claim for the same to your deale

Really? I mean are you sure? This is really sad as these people promise so many big things when buying a car, and come up with confusing explanations of what things are not included in the warranty.
