somtimes its not a smooth shifting

At times my 2006 DTS has a gear shifting problem i.e. it gets stuck on P and i cant move to any gear and once i do manage to break free it dose not have any issues for the entire day this happens every now and then its very random. should this be of a great concern?

check to see if your brake lights work if not then check fuses first and if fuses are good then change brake switch.

If the light do work you will need to change the solenoid in the shifter housing.
