Power Window Jammed!

The power window is jammed in my 2011 model of Xterra. Oh trust me, this is really annoying especially when its summers.

Just for anyone checking this thread, Window jamming can be for different reasons, but for people who go offroad, the switch buttons sometimes get sand inside and starts to jam, and keep the window motor powered... after sometime it burns the window motor and you will need a new one..
