Al Ruwais is a town located some 240 kilometers west of Abu Dhabi city in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi Emirate. And almost 350kms from Dubai. Its a very long drive to Ruwais. After a few 100 km's from auh the roads narrow down to 2 lane and the road speed reduces to 80km/h. There are lots of radars on the way and all of them are working so be careful with your speed limits.The best way to spot the radars is to look out for large solar panels on the road as all the Radars are solar powered, almost all. The drive itself isn't scenic in spite of being a coastal road. But once you reach your destination itll be worth it. This off-road trip is meant only for people who like to run away from city and like to camp in the middle of nowhere. All the mentioned camping spots are completely isolated with no human contact for miles. The beaches are beautiful ,but don't have any waves maybe i was there during the wrong season. The temp was low at the beach where we camped in Sila. So if planning for a winter drive make sure to carry warm clothes. Shuwayhat Island is a scenic place for photography. Camping is not recommended on this island as it is visited by loc als and they usually don't welcome outsiders. Plus there's a military base nearby hence camping is really not advisable. Also people wanting to do night photography will have too much light pollution in this area. Its a good drive to go and explore the island and take some pics. Sila beach is long stretch of coastal road where you can camp anywhere and everywhere. The shore is quite far during low tide almost a kilometer away from the road. Onc can walk inside all the way if they want. People interested in bird photography will find lots of bird species in these mangroves. There's also a spot where you can spot 100's of flamingos. It was long and stressful drive if you don't have cruise control,but overall it was fun to get away from the city and sleep beneath the stars. Hope you guys enjoy it. Hi Harry, please open the sunrof in daylight and climb on side of the car and check the sunroof rail for visible damage on the sides or edges where rail ends or check for the screwdriver marks on outside the sunroof glass. I am suspecting that when you were on holiday someone might have tried to break into your car by opening the sunroof to gain access that is usually not alarmed. If everything is clean and no visible marks then do the belowsteps. Get the good powerful vaccuum and open the sunroof fully and clean the rail thorougly by sucking the air and then by reversing by throwing the strong air pressure in and around the rail. Here I am assuming the dust or some loose tree leave or twig is blocking in the sunroof rail, that might be preventing it to close it properly. If above doesn't work or you actually need to dig deeper by yourself or with some mechnanic you trust follow the below video for Shift lock Solenoid and faulty wiring resulting in exactly same behavior as you are facing. Good luck and like it please.

You should not have suffered so much for so little stuff man. Every AUTO car has shift lock release button close-by for emergency in case of battery failure then that brake swithc might not work. And always those shift release lock has some simple procedure to by pass that shift lock. PLeas find attch below two fix: One is to open the shift lock rlease button small plastic cap and insert any screwdriver which is atleast 10 cm long and you can release that lock. More than likely it seems fuse in engine bay must be blown, check and change that fuse. If you dont have same 15 AMP fuse then you can replace with neigboring fog light fuse and get it change befor the foggy season arrive. It cost 2 AED. Just bumped an unbelievably beautiful looking Nissan GT-R (see below) that supposed to be coming in 4 different engine specs in 2016 version with hugely variable pricing (almost by 50%). All great. But I also read that this design is gonna be unchanged till 2020, is it true....? If I am not wrong this is the almost a same design since 2012 with minor facelift and adding few inches to the body length, then why Nissan have no plan to add new shape for 8 years for a flagship sports marquee.....?

As it's a less use item, I suspect from checking the heater fuse and see if it's blown. Look in the engine bay for fuse box, open the box and search in the diagram for the heater or HVAC fuse, check all fuse and tell if it's ok or not?
