Before changing anything else, check clearance at full lock and full compression. Wheel offset, upper arms and alignment all work together, so test for rubbing first. Spacers can easily make it worse.1 point

AI gives the VQ38DD a 15 to 20 % chance but expects some kind of hybrid supported 4 cyl turbo as the petrol option. But for now, only the diesel is available. Good engine for overlanding style driving. The nissan VQ engine would be awesome for the GCC and already here as the base engine on the current Patrol.1 point
