Welcome to Carnity Off-Road Club ποΈ
Joining an off-road club for the first time can be both exciting and a little nerve-wracking. You might have plenty of questions about your vehicle, equipment, what to expect, and how your first drive will work.

We expect all new members to read through this guide and complete the steps below.

Carnity Off-Road Club
Open the Off-Road Club and click JOIN CLUB in the top main panel, on the right-hand side.
The club opens in a new tab. After joining, return here to continue.
Let's check your 4x4
Your vehicle doesn't need to be modified, but these basics need to be covered before your first drive.
Ask the Carnity community before attending your first drive. We'd rather help you check beforehand.
Get your Newbie gear ready
These are the basic items you'll need for your first Carnity drive.
We've put together an Amazon.ae wishlist with examples of the type of equipment commonly used for Carnity off-road drives. This list is provided as a reference only. You don't need to purchase these exact brands or products.
A first-aid kit and fire extinguisher should be standard safety equipment in your 4x4.
No problem. You can continue with onboarding now. Just make sure you have the required gear before attending your first drive.
The essentials
You don't need to memorize a rulebook. These are the most important things to understand before your first drive.
Respect the desert
Protect the places we drive. Don't litter, don't disturb wildlife, respect protected and private areas, and leave the desert in better condition than you found it.
Read Environmental Policy βDrive as a convoy
You're driving as part of a team. Follow the Drive Lead and Marshal instructions, maintain a safe distance, and look out for the vehicles around you.
Be visible
Your safety flag allows other drivers to see your vehicle behind dunes. It must be securely mounted, upright and clearly visible above your 4x4.
Safety Flag Guidelines βStay connected
Your radio is an essential safety tool. Bring it fully charged and programmed with the Carnity frequencies. The Drive Lead will announce which channel the convoy will use.
Radio Frequencies & Guidelines βComplete your emergency details
Make sure your Carnity emergency information is complete before heading off-road. This helps the team respond appropriately if an emergency occurs.
Complete Emergency Details βWatch your Newbie briefing
This briefing explains what to expect on your first Carnity drive and helps you arrive prepared.
You're almost ready!
You've worked through the Carnity Newbie onboarding. There's just one final confirmation before your first drive.
Your completion will be securely recorded against your
logged-in Carnity account.
Please stay on this page while your completion is being recorded.
How event booking works
1. Event announcement and RSVP opening
All events are first announced in the
WhatsApp Notification Group on
Monday at 11:00 AM.
RSVP opens that same evening at
7:00 PM.
From 7:00 PM onwards, click GOING
in the event to secure your spot.
2. If the event is fully booked
Click Add to Waitlist. If a spot
opens up, you will be automatically moved from the
Waitlist to the Going list.
3. About the βManageβ tab
