well you may be right at your place, but somehow I was always treated nice by the customerservice department of Mazda and the dealer itself. Ya, i admit that there were lot of issues in my car but they always took the responsibility about the same and got my car fixed properly without any further issues. Sometimes i can understand that the dealers become really rude, but its because not everything isin their hand.

When i bought a second hand car, the audio system that expected was not even close to it. I like to listen to the music only from my phone but there was o AUX extension in the audio system. USB port? Nothing. If you are a music lover, its better to get the audio system changed. And anyways if the audio system in your car is very old, it will face problems in the near future. Better replace it with new one.

I have Cadillac Escalade and My car is a hit. I bought this car 2 years back and till now i have not faced any problem. When i was going to cadillac, i wan not really sure whether to go for this brand or not. But trust me, my choice was right. The only reason why i go to the garage is to change the engine oil sometimes and to balance the air pressure in the wheels. Not only me, but my family also enjoy the family trip while traveling in the car. The comfort zone that this car has given my family is extreme. We never face adjustment problem in the car. Everything is running very nice. Event the service center of cadillac treat their customers with great respect and always help even with small troubles.

I faced the same problem with my car. Any electric problem that you face in a car is mainly because of the fuse or bad wiring connection. If you don't know how to check the fuse, you can use the light test to check the voltage. May be the supply of voltage is very less and that's why the headlights are off. If you have never done any electric test on your car, you better go to an expert. Its not that big problem.
