Well, It really depends on what is considered local or able to ship to your area, but I've tended to get my rims directly from the manufacturer to cut out the middle man.
I've had great success ordering from RAYS and Spoon, but really decide on a style before you go looking! You don't want to be locking yourself into something that you do not totally desire!
I like to make sure the oil level is about three quarters full when cold so that when it heats up it expands to nearly top level.
It doesn't matter how frequently you add, unless it's obviously leaking, although Hondas will burn a bit of oil with hard use. Just make sure it never gets dangerously close to the bottom nick on the dipstick and you should be fine!
