Get the car service done and ask mechanic to clean Air flow meter with spray cleaner and see if it help. If Air filter is too old, you are better off changimng that too whilke service.

Fuel filter is must while changing fuel pump. Its advisable to have compelte clean fresh start.

Car went for major service and came back after 7 days. As mechanic was not able to find and fix one electrical issue, it took him 5 days with help of experience other mechanic from neighbors to solve that riddle. Before service everything was fine and when they finished major service and start the car all inside interior light get on. When they switch off car everything turns off (exact opposite behaviour). It was quite unexplanable to me and mechanic that we started beleiving there is ghost in my car. lololol.

If i am in your place immediately after 3 months i would have escalate this problem to Dubai Police, some consumer rights.ae stuff and to Hyundai Korea and publish this experience in 100 facebook and internet forum like a flash flood. Trust me within days and weeks Juma al majid will come and replace your car, as only thing they care about in this region is bad publicity and one of my colleague tried same with Nissan (but on very small scale) and received very nice feedback and result. You can only find diagram for electrical parts, but sadly there is no big electrical gizmo behind the door panel. Open the door panel and explore. Worst you got to change the lock, its cheap i think 55 dhs.
