very brave! i would never have the heart to do that on my RR.
Depending on what level of overheating has been done while offroad. If it max temp once, there are chances that head gasket be saved. But if you still drove on full temperature until car came to halt, then for sure your head gasket is gone and engine coolant/water has been mixed with engine oil.
In this case only solution is to fix head gasket (big dent on ur pocket). So drive always with eye open on heat gauge.
It depends on what level of mod you are thinking.
lights, roof rack, winch no approval needed.
Engine, metal bumper change, color change u need RTA approval.
Thats a very good advise Prufster suggested to consider upgrade or lift if you intend to go offroad.
Otherwise you will feel you are wasting ur current shocks and no one pays a better money for stock used shocks.
whatever burns leaves some residue behind. so the basic mechanism is that when petrol gets burnt it leaves carbon and with time there is a build up which needs to be cleaned.
