With 4.5 inch lift your Jeep is more equipped for rock crawling than desert driving over the dunes.
This may sound blunt, but for your safety, either lower your lift to a maximum of 2 inches or drive extra carefully on dunes with such a high center of gravity, where even slight negligence can turn very expensive, very quickly.
Good to read that you have done 15-20 drives, which means you are already used to such high COG.
For newbie level pace and size of dunes, you should be fine, but if you wish to scale up, you should reconsider that lift size.
