  1. The oil cooler has gone, and I'm taking the wheels to Oz to put on the V8 90. Thanks to all that enquired.
  2. I have a set of 6 LandRover Boost alloy wheels, taken off a 2011 Defender 90 (a mate upgraded his car to SVX spec). They have been powder coated black, and are in very good condition, no marks or scuffing. I was planning to take them to Australia to put on my V8 90, but have been told wheel spacers are illegal in Qld, and without them I'd lose too much strg lock with 285's (or bigger). Hence they're for sale, AED 3,000 the lot. I believe AAA are asking AED 500 each for these wheels (used) and my mate paid AED 300 each to get them powder coated. I had silver Freestyles on my truck before, and the difference with black Boost alloys is incredible. I won't split, and will only haggle a little, as I can take them to Oz and stick them on the family Disco. Also have a Rover V8 oil cooler. This is a factory item, as fitted to mil spec Land Rovers with the V8. They used to be very popular with the rally boys when V8 Range Rovers and Defenders were in vogue (no pun intended). It's a replacement oil cooler mounting, with an added by pass to an oil cooler. It's complete with all pipework and the cooler matrix. Simply remove your oil filter housing and bolt this on. The end to all your overheating problems in the desert!!!! AED 100 for a quick and easy fix. I'm only here for another week, so am releasing my mobile 050 455 7947. Also have a couple of battery chargers and some tools to clear. Oh, and a Frontrunner Hi-lift jack base plate. It's a metal one for use in soft ground (or sand!)and much better then the plastic ones sold here. AED 50.
  3. I have a '89 110, ex UAE military. It's currently a V8, but I have the kit and an engine from the UK to fit a Mazda 3.0 turbo diesel. This is a Perkins design, and the diesel to fit if you want megga torque and reasonable economy. I was modifying the vehicle for serious long distance expeditions, but my plans have changed. It has pages of mods, and I'm willing to talk, but the accessories are probably worth more then the truck, so you may consider it too expensive. I'd have to sit down and list all I've done and work out a price, but let me know if you are interested. Otherwise i'll ship it to Australia and convert it to RHD.
