My merc - although a different model used to detect problems all the time but that dealership could not find any problems with it. I am thinking the same is happening to you. found a permanent fix by having the computer system in my car reset. anyways, you should have the engine light checked anyways. Resetting the engine light every time it comes up isn't a long term solution.

The SRS light is the Supplemental Restraint Systems light. You will be able to see it on the control panel of your vehicle. The light has problems to do with the safety unit of the car such as the airbags or seatbelt/seatbelt tensioners. This malfunction should come up in your OBD - on-board diagnostics where the malfunction is stored and can be noted. Normally the pros at the dealerships tell u what the problem is after they read the codes with their OBD scanner ... or something. Following me?

Yes you can try to reset it but if the AC still blows out warn air you definitely need to take the car in for a check-up ... dont prolong your service trip.

Could be a quirky relay but you probably won't get anywhere without a wiring/relay diagram. Normally though, such bizarre behavior suggests a fault in either the wiring harness or perhaps with the fuse box wiring. These things can be tough to track down, but do try to sniff out the relay issue. Additionally, make SURE your battery connections are clean and also that your battery/alternator is operating at proper voltages. Any drop in voltages will cause your electric systems to go bananas.

Salaam, Well it seems to be a decent offer. Someone offered me the same model for AED 79,000. If you are satisfied with the car then well and good, go ahead and buy it... you can also send one of your friends to the same seller and see what price he offers him. Worth a shot for such a car. Believe it or not I have seen some sellers offer really less ... once you buy such a car, all sorts of problems appear in the car which you cannot tell at the time of purchasing!
