If its not squeaking while braking and only when you leave the brake means suspension needs a proper check. As while braking car tend to lean forward and when you leave the the brake it goes back to its standard height. While going back to standard height springs or shock absorber make squeaking noise as an indication of telling you that they need change. More than often its springs that fails first than shocks.
