I will start by the preparation of the bodywork, bumpers, wings and then I will get back to the stickers! I have a couple of contacts now that will be able to help me with this later.

I own a 206 RC year 2005 and I would like to tune it using design elements from the rally version WRC. Here is a drawing I prepared showing the Peugeot Sport stickers and a new spoiler... Would you recommend a place in UAE where I could get this done within a reasonable budget and time?

I plan to upgrade my 206 RC and use the fact Peugeot Sport will be involved in the Pikes Peak race with the 208 T16. I love the succes of Peugeot sport back in the 1985's with the 205 T16. I just need to find a place in UAE where I can get proper stickers printed... Anyone has an idea?

My 206 RC is a great combination of a light car (1,100 kg) with a powerfull engine. It has a Manual gear box (5 gears) so you can 'play' with the revs and acceleration more than an automatic. The engine is a 2.0 and without a turbo provides 180 Horse Power. The seats are fantastic, they offer a great support (especially in the large round abouts) . For this car size the original wheels are 17" they fill the arches quite well! The 206 has well balanced proportions it also has a design that should not age too much, the shape and details of the bumpers for example are simple but efficient. I am not a fan of the new Peugeot Design language, somehow it looks like they are still searching for the right Design... Let's see when the new 2008 compact SUV will land in UAE...

Anyone knows where I could get a pair of stickers for my 206 RC, at a reasonable price? Here is the design I have in mind. Alex

I decided to give the front something special... Here is a new Hi-gloss black grill to hold the lion logo and to offer a strong contrast with the lights. What do you think?

Giney, yes the FSH was here, the car has been well looked after. ONly the seats are dirty, the leather and Alcantara really look old and faded Mechanically It seems to be OK, it has not been abused too much - I think - Loads of small dents all around the bodywork but what to do, this is Dubai

Sam, thank you so much for your advice, appreciated. I will check the alternator definitely. I tested the car (I love manuals) I felt the first gear, to start the car from 0 km, required the revs to be quite high to be able to take off. but when the car is going, all the other gears are fine. I heared a noise in the engine, the owner is telling me it is the water pump... I rquested him to change it for me in order to check if the noise is gone after this replacement. I was wondering how long will the original cathalitic exhaust will last on this model, any idea? Alex

I am about to purchase a second hand 206 RC year 2004 in Dubai. What are the points I should be checking carefully? Any particular weak item I should worry about? Thanks in advance for the advice... Alex
