  1. If only.... two engines installed and both were bad. Now on to third engine 😥
  2. How do you shout Yallllaaahhh in Chinese when going up the mountain ?
  3. We should go and rent a Chinese 4x4 and explore the area. Like a Carnity school trip
  4. I made a very similar system myself a while back, It worked fine but i ran across some issues when clipping on the hose to the tyre. Due to some wear and tear on the valve the air came out faster on one tyre in comparison with the other. As a result of that i would have the front tyre at 18psi while the back tyre was at 14psi. From what i see the INdeflate clip-on system looks a bit better so you might not have that problem.
  5. Nope no rear diff lock button on the dashboard at all.
  6. It’s a bit strange. The 2008 LWB gold edition I bought for my wife is a 3.8 but without rear diff lock option. Apparently that gold edition was made for Qatar market mainly according to the seller but I haven’t seen that confirmed somewhere. The Pajeros in other countries got their rear diff lock replaced by LSD and other electronic gadgets from what I’ve read.
  7. I was the idiot waving like crazy at the lakes driving my wife’s Pajero. We went camping ⛺️. Have a safe drive !!
  8. I'm still waiting for my car to emerge from the dark and greasy bowels of hell, or also called UAE workshops...
  9. @Gaurav climbing a block of cheese ?
  10. 8 speed should be indeed much better on the road, as you can cruise in lower revs on the highway, resulting in lower consumption. For Offroading i am however not so sure if it makes that much of a difference. I am afraid it would be shifting too much constantly in D mode, and it would perform better in tiptronic mode so you can select manually which gear works best for your purposes.
  11. Have a look in attached video buddy. Many comments were made that that black rubber block was suddenly gone at the end of the video, like it fell off. It's nice to give it a try if it does not cost too much but i would not have big expectations on it.
  12. When your Jeep puts you in debt, turn it into a scissor lift. At least it won’t break down standing still.
  13. What i see taxi drivers doing often: slowly pushing the pedal for a few second till they reach desired speed, then letting it go, and so on, and so on. So it's like a constant pulsation of gas/no gas. Annoys the hell out of me and i really don't understand why they do it. Not sure if its harmful to the car, but i just don't see the point of doing this.

  15. At one point his wheels are completely turned while he goes full throttle. That created the breakout which he could not correct or rectify anymore. More power comes with more risk and more skills required !
  16. Bringing my Little Pajero back to life again and then having a decent mechanic do the fine-tuning to restore as many ponies as possible. As my 2019 budget is already blown, not many mods will be planned
  17. Personally wouldn’t recommend doing a timing belt yourselves if you don’t have prior experience. I don’t know your technical level and I don’t mean to belittle, but if it goes wrong with a timing belt, your engine will be wrecked and it’s going to cost you big bucks.
  18. 100k service would mean timing belt, spark plugs, and maybe spark plug cables according to the Pajero Service Manual on top of your regular maintenance. Low cost and good quality are a bit of an oxymoron. A decent service will always cost a bit but the stealerships will take more than independent workshops. Depending on where you live you can have a look at the workshops listed here on Carnity that could/should give you a member price and you can check the google reviews on the nearby workshops and make some phone-calls to enquire if they are servicing Mitsubishi Pajero. Good luck !
  19. Get out of my way when I’m coming along..... that would be make me so happy 😂
  20. Morissey described it so well: Farewell to this land's cheerless marshes Hemmed in like a boar between archers Her very Lowness with her head in a sling I'm truly sorry but it sounds like a wonderful thing I say Charles don't you ever crave To appear on the front of the Daily Mail Dressed in your Mother's bridal veil? Passed the pub that saps your body And the church who'll snatch your money The Queen is dead, boys And it's so lonely on a limb Pass the pub that wrecks your body And the church, all they want is your money The Queen is dead, boys And it's so lonely on a limb
  21. Mine was a massive aftermarket air filter on my 205. Best 60 bucks I’ve ever spent 😂
