  1. Hi

I have a 2016 Pajero with the standard side-mirror rattling, fortunate it dont make a sound just a bit it irritating when looking in the mirror.

but i have another rattle that is making be go crazy(er) from the middle console i have a rattle and after much searching and prodding i realized its the cover over the gear selector and 4wd selector If i put my hand on it it stops! EUREKA!

have any one of you guys had the same and is there some nice solution? im thinking of just wedging something in the seam against the rest of the interior but it is not very nice.

    Regards

    Per

for me number one is tailgaters and theres a lot of them here, i try and follow the 3 sec rule where ever i can...

Second the lane changers trying to get there faster changing from lane to lane to pass one car, what they don't realize is that  they are causing everyone to break and slow down traffic for everyone else...

Dear @Per A this is a rear skid plate.

You cannot buy this off the shelf, there are many fabricators in Sharjah Industrial area who can do this for you in about AED 200/- with fitting. Let me know once you have bought your Pajero so that I can point you out in the right direction.

    AAAH Great, thanks!

@Per A the main issue while offroading is with the rear bumper which kinda works like a shovel. You can always attach a bar at the back or if you intend to maintain the original look this is a design I got from @Rahimdad. Pics are below but not necessarily in order.

For the front bumper it would be good to remove the front mud guard and might have to trim the bumper a bit. Alternatively, @WiLfY can suggest about getting a two inch lift which would eliminate the need for trimming the bumper and would also give a you a decent ride height.

  5. Maybe i was a little impulsive but papers signed.....

Checked and it was a little late for service but it is being serviced at Al Habtoor before i get it.

I was pristine underneath so no off-road or hard driving at all, no accidents only some small dings on the fenders and got a good price for a close to full option car so couldn't say no.....
