  1. Yes my car is ok now. Thanks to Richard @Wrangeld, @Jeepie, @Arman, @Nabil Bishara who stayed with me to sort it out. The big beast of @Watteau just towed the car out towards the exit like a big brother dragging his younger brother by the hand. Thank you Alex. End of the day it was Angela's @Foxtrot Oscar experience with her XTERRA which saved the day for me and identified the exact problem. The battery just died. Even though all of them offered to stay with me until the mechanic arrived with the battery I politely refused and made them go. It was too hot and they already helped me out of the desert. Help was already on the way and @GauravSoni & @Arman waited with me till it was fixed and off we went. It took an hour for the car to be fixed as the place was remote and battery had to come from Sharjah. Thanks to all of you for the wonderful drive we had together.
  2. Richard @Wrangeld I hope you are satisfied that I kept far away from your car so that you can warn us of hazards and close enough not to lose you in the mired of endless dunes. I hope I stopped myself pursuing your car the moment I sensed that route is not drivable and waited for you to re route and ensured I myself don't get stuck in the process. Maybe its my 3rd or 4th drive as your second lead but probably more than 15 drives in total behind you. I could sense the moment the Pajero is going to redirect from a difficult situation just by seeing the angle it makes while going straight or up and adjust accordingly. Its always a pleasure watching you drive in the desert and look forward for more with you.
  3. Dear Angela @Foxtrot Oscar, I will be achieving half century (50 drives) drives when I participate for the drive you are leading tomorrow. All the very best to you and the convoy.
  4. As usual Prof. @Ale Vallecchi lead a very technical drive through very technical area. Brushed up the skills learned earlier to finesse. IM drive for sure but it was more of brushing up skills. The convoy responded well to the Professor's class and I believe he will give an A+ to the convoy. After every drive my shoulders lock up and start to pain but today they are as light as feather. The sand was super soft at some areas but Ale's forewarning to keep the tire pressure between 10 to 11 psi helped a lot. Thank you @Ale Vallecchi.
