@JamesThorn, @Danish Mohammad, @MMansoor, @Mario Cornejo, @Sunil Mathew, @Niki, @Warren Flay, @Lawrence_Chehimi: Thank you all. It's been a pleasure seeing some of you on the drives so far. I'm looking forward to seeing all of you out on the sand soon
It's been a while@Rizwanm2! My sunglasses are gathering dust 🤣
@Chaitanya D - still unhappy about missing last night's mega-convoy but will fix this soon!
@Daniel Yang, @Shaaz Sha, @Anoop Nair, @Josh T., @Russ, @Looper, @Alain Canivet-Abikhalil: Thank you gents!
@Ranjan Das, @M.Seidam: Thank you! It's been a while since we've been on a drive together. Hopefully soon!
@Humayun Ghias: Looking forward to being on a drive with you soon too!
@Rawad: Couldn't agree more. I have you to look at for how to take the best lines to get up to the top. Continue to guide me
@Hisham Masaad: See you this weekend!
This is a fair question - for everyone who doesn’t know my name, it’s Mayank.
Thank you @Gaurav & @Frederic for your guidance and knowledge so far. It’s been an absolutely enlightening experience.
@Islam Soliman 🙏🏽 - can’t wait to get on a heavyweight LWB drive with you soon.
Have to concur with @Foxtrot Oscar.
I've been using the 9 foot plexiglass AOR flag with the single suction cup. While the fit of the cup is solid as long you provide a clean flat surface, after 20 drives, the threads on the suction cup have worn out from the weight of the flag causing stress at the joint.
I've since moved to a fixed mount with a quick release 3-way split flag.
@Chaitanya D- was really looking forward to a night drive, as well as my first drive with you. Unfortunately, I need to bow out due to work commitments.
Will remove my RSVP now so it can go on to the next in the waitlist (@Ahmed Wagdy).
I hope to join one of your drives soon
Wow! Thank you 🤩🙏🏽
Can’t believe you guys made it happen, and so quickly too! I’m going to use tomorrow to get cracking on saving all of your advice
This a testament to why @Carnity is the place to be.
If you go into Google Maps on your phone and on the directions, set a reminder for tomorrow morning, it will give you an estimate starting time.
If you’ve done drives in Murquab on E66, add 35/40mins (60km) to whatever it would have taken you to get there.
It’s a straight drive on E66, exit right onto E20, and then Lane 1815.
