  1. Only on a jeep forum @Zixuan Huang - Charlie Tagging @Lawrence_Chehimi and @KKIRAN who can offer some experience of the Y62
  2. Prado owner here, its been a great car and spends more time off road than on road. The V6 is powerful enough to take the car most places, but i always feel like “a little bit more” would be better. . . . . . I can imagine if the car weighed and extra 500kg (approx difference between patrol and prado) it would not be much fun in the desert. Regarding rear difflock, centre difflock has been enough for me in the sand, and in the wadis the traction control is more than adequate to help through some more challenging obstacles. bash plate and bumper trim was more than adequate for fewbie level, and some AT tyres made fewbie plus level more enjoyable! Hope that helps!
  3. Well done @DP1011 , Deepak wrangler! Climbing the ranks quickly! looking forward to joining you on a drive again soon! keep up the good work!
  4. Another great drive today @Hisham Masaad, Thanks for leading us through the dunes! Thanks to @Simon Dawood for SL, various members of support crew and @JeromeFJ sweeping us! The starts are getting earlier . . . . Sand is getting softer . . . . . . See everyone again soon!
  5. Hi Mike, See below link to a clever calculator that shows offset changes etc related to your car https://www.tyresizecalculator.com/charts/rim-width-range-and-measuring-rim-width-for-tire-size I did a fair bit of research (although for Toyota Prado). below is the link to the article, some of which might be of help for you Regarding to wheels, Almost all offroad versions from KMC / Rhino / Method appeared to come in Zero offset (again, when enquiring for Prado. Not sure if this is same for Pajero) Hope this helps rather than hinders your decisions haha! PS. I am 100% sure that all cars look better with a wider track haha!!
  6. Rumour has it the registration card says golden . . . . . Only rumours though!
  7. Well done @Simon Dawood, the Pajero can once again chase his smaller brother driven by @Warren Flay on the dunes!
