    We rolled out at 06:30 with a strong convoy of 10 very capable drivers and a very simple briefing: "Find huge lines. Ride them nonstop for 2 hours 30 minutes." And that’s exactly what we did. We spent the morning balancing along ridges, crossing back and forth between dune lines, and carrying plenty of speed through the larger terrain. As the dunes opened up, we leaned into the bigger lines and pulled some serious G’s across the bowls and slopes.     Hi Frederic and everyone, looking forward to joining you! Ford Bronco Raptor, 2025. I confirm front and rear recovery points and all required equipment (radio, safety flag, tyre pressure gauge and deflator). My onboard inflator/compressor is still being installed, so for now I’ll simply reinflate at a petrol station after the drive. I have 15+ years of off-road experience outside the dunes, including UTVs, rock crawling, mud driving and expedition travel. Looking forward to gaining more experience in the dunes with you!

    Thank you, Mr. Frederic. My car is a white Nissan Patrol Y61, 2019 model. I have all the required equipment in my car; the only thing I don’t have is a safety flag. I also have previous off-road experience at an intermediate level.

    Before changing anything else, check clearance at full lock and full compression. Wheel offset, upper arms and alignment all work together, so test for rubbing first. Spacers can easily make it worse.

    Dear Desertnauts No particular info to share with this briefing, other than a note to underline that this will be somewhat of an exploration drive, through a sequence of diverse terrains, connecting areas, some of which have been driven by us before, but never in the same drive. The short convoy will allow us to do a little more exploration and manage the drive as we'll see fit to enjoy more of the landscape. We'll put together the convoy on the spot, and will rotate the drivers as we go along. See you tomorrow afternoon @Yerem Davtyan @Krinesh and @Steve Farmer.

    Appreciate you guys waking up super super early to come out, but as Surfer and Bank Robber Bohdi says in the classic surf movie Point Break: "if you want the ultimate,... you have to be willing to pay the ultimate price" and sometimes that price is waking up at 0400 🤣🤣 I'll try not to get crested too often

    It was great work @Lukas Wii - the biggest lesson, which comes from experience, is that staying calm, being patient and working at it for longer than you might imagine is key. I’m always super impressed with @Asif Hussain’s self-recoveries…looks like nothing is moving but slowly slowly the car pops free! @Piotr. Last night I tried out the Insta360 X6 for the first time. It has a specific mode suited to night shots and it seems to work great.
