car is misfiring

after my 1999 tahoe started to misfire i got the car checked and the mechanic said it is having multiple cylinder misfiring. i changed the wiring and even the plugs but there is no changed in the condition.

Get the engine cylinder compression test done which can tell you how many cylinders are weak and by how much. Get injector cleaned before opening the engine cylinder and valves for cleaning.
