when i took my car to a good speed the car started knocking

on accelerating today at 100 KMPH i was hearing some sort of knocking. As i slowed down the knocking went down. What is this noise where is it from.

Help me to find a solution to this knocking

knocking noise usually happens when the camshaft is not broken. What i suggest is get it changed and the knocking noise will go off. i hope this is what the problem is.
