Newbie / Fewbiee / Fewbiee +

Dear Members, 

can someone point me to the link which describe the status, as i see some drive are listed as for newbie and others for fewbiee +, is it some sort of status / qualification before you can join the trip.

i will be attending my first drive tomorrow and planning to join other trip but not sure what these status means and how to qualify for those trips.
