OBD2 port

Hello Everyone, 

I was looking at my OBD2 Port and saw this connector, but I had no idea what it is!  Does anyone have an idea what it could be? I tried to follow the wire, but it went behind the panel

Looks like previous owner had an aftermarket device installed like scan gauge, bullydog, or other. Upon selling the car he probably removed the device but left the cable.
