Why is some black substance coming out of Infiniti AC Vent.

There is some foam dispersing from the AC vent. I am not sure what it is but my guess is that it will harm the pasangers.

what should i clean the AC?

the AC filter could have been damaged or needs to be cleaned or there is a layer of foam inside the vent that is damaged.
