rishilandguy
i am a owner of a freelander 2000 and have done 80,000 km my problem is that 5 weeks after buying the car I'm driving along the motorway at a steady 80 when suddenly all the power disappears & smoke starts to blow from the exhaust. mohdd
Powerloss, excessive smoke and over heating leads to Heead gasket change. Get compression test for your engine and you will be sure if its head gasket need change or not. 1 or 2 cylinder will have significant low pressure compare to others. difference shud be more than 10% range with good cylinders.
