Gear is stuck on the first gear i can get any headsup?

Gear of my Def is stuck on 1st Gear i changed the gear oil and still its not moving.

Check the gear lever and connecting rod, that might be stuck under that gear lever rubber pouch. Happened something similar in my old cruiser and and culprit was the small socket type of metal part that sits right below the lever and on top of gear housing.
