The Tapping noise in engine of my Lexus ES300 not going why?

there was tapping noise coning from the Top of the Motor so i have got the entire heads redone i put new oil pump, water pump head gaskets and all new seals, timing belt and silencers. new plugs and wires.i need to know now is why there is still a taping noise as i was told that changing these things will resolve the problem.

i have spent 4000 AED already and now i am just hoping that someone can give me a cheap fix for this problem

Dear Sidsam, the best solution is to replace the cam and valve lifters. Just make sure it is adjusted properly as per repair manual and even recheck oil pressure. all the best.
