how to cange the light above the number plate

the light above the number plate needs to be changed, can some one tell me how can i do it.

there is no need for any tools... the light is just clipped onto the bumper cover... push the light towards the front of the car and it should pop off... do not use upwards or downwards force as the light is just clipped on at the side....
